The wonderful stunning climb to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo with its finishing line at the Auronzo Refuge represents one of the most memorable laps of the Giro d'Italia (Italian bike competition). The final 7 Km uphill stretch from Misurina (1760 m. o.s.l.) to the alpine refuge (2333 m. o.s.l.) climbs up dramatically in the last 4 Kms with a 477 m. gain in height.
