Lake Sauris in Friuli, Italy



Sauris (Zahre in the local German language , Slovene: Zare) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 120 km northwest of Trieste and about 60 km northwest of Udine. It is located in Val Lumiei, Carnia.
